Wedding is Blooming · Practical guide

Sharing a digital wedding invitation

Build wording guests can understand, check it against the invitation you have created, and share it privately. The examples below use placeholders, not a real couple or event.

Step 1

Check the essentials

Check the names, date, venue and reply instructions before sharing. Use the exact address and date you want guests to see.

Step 2

Choose a design

Explore the Wedding library and review pricing. Copy your wording into the supported editor fields; this helper does not automatically save a project.

Step 3

Review the guest experience

Use the available preview to check your invitation as a guest. Confirm that the reply method in your wording matches the method you have actually set up.

Step 4

Send privately

Share your finished invitation through the product flow with the intended guests. Keep guest-specific links and access tokens out of public pages.

Examples to adapt

Invitation wording you can adapt

Formal, with the couple hosting

“[Name] and [Name] request the pleasure of your company at their wedding on [full date] at [time], [venue and address]. Please reply by [deadline] using [your arranged reply method].” Name family hosts only when that reflects your arrangements.

Casual, from the couple

“We are getting married! Join [Name] and [Name] on [full date] at [time], [venue and address]. We would love to celebrate with you. Please let us know by [deadline] through [your arranged reply method].”

A short English–Vietnamese opening

English: “[Name] and [Name] invite you to celebrate their wedding.” Vietnamese: “[Name] và [Name] trân trọng kính mời bạn đến chung vui trong lễ cưới của chúng mình.” Adapt the form of address to your guests and have a fluent reader check both versions. Repeat the same date, time and venue in each. This is wording to copy, not an automatic translation feature.

Check the invitation as a guest

  • Spell out the month to avoid ambiguous numeric dates; add a time zone when guests need one.
  • Make it clear which event the guest is invited to and include its actual venue address.
  • Use the reply method you have arranged. Do not promise an RSVP feature just because a template mentions replying.
  • Check names, line breaks and essential details in the available preview on a phone.
  • Send only to the intended guests; keep guest-specific links and access tokens out of public posts.

Common questions

Is the wording saved as an invitation?

No. Copy your draft before leaving. Explore the invitation library, review the available options and pricing, and use the supported editor fields to create your invitation.

Can I include two languages?

You can prepare wording in two languages, but check how the chosen design and editor display it. Ask a fluent reader to review names, forms of address and event details.

What should I do when an event detail changes?

Update the invitation using the product options available to you, review the finished result, and explicitly tell affected guests what changed. Do not assume they will reopen an earlier link.
